  • General Application
    This application is used for all land use actions that are not listed under a specific form below, including dwellings, conditional use permits, and variances.

  • Property Line Adjustment Application
  • This form is used to apply for movement of a common property line between two parcels. If more than two parcels are involved, multiple property line adjustments may be necessary. This application is not used to create a new parcel, only to adjust the boundary between two existing parcels.

  • Extension of Time Application
  • Extension applications are used to request additional time to complete an existing land use approval. Extensions should onl y be applied for within 90 days of the expiration of the existing approval.

  • Appeal Form
  • This form is used to appeal a land use decision of the Planning Department or of the Planning Commission. Appeals may only be filed within the appeal period designated on the notice of decision.

  • Zoning Clearance Application
    This application is used when you are ready to obtain a building permit. The application needs to be approved by the Baker County Planning Department, then taken to the Baker City Building Department to obtain construction permits. Some uses, including homes, may require review by the Planning Department through a general application process prior to submitting a zoning clearance application.

  • Agricultural Exemption Form
  • This application is for an exemption from obtaining a building permit for buildings used for agricultural purposes.
