Prepared Childbirth Classes

These classes are offered for moms-to-be and coaches. They include information on Breathing and Relaxation, Labor and Delivery, Variations in Labor and Delivery, and Meeting Your Baby's Nutritional Needs.
These classes are designed to help prepare expectant parents for the birth process of their child, enabling the parents to be participants rather than spectators during their child's birth.

Classes are free. Please call to reserve you place in the class (class size is limited to twelve couples). To register, call 523-6461.
