$20.00	205.324 & 205.327: First page requirements missing- Non standard fee in addition to regular fee.,
$5.00	ORS 205.236: for each additional instrument describing two or more transactions with the same parties and involving the same properties.

NOTE: OUR RECORDING LABEL REQUIRES A 3X3" SPACE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LAST PAGE OF THE DOCUMENT. IF THERE IS NOT ADEQUATE SPACE ON THE LAST PAGE, ANOTHER PAGE WILL BE ADDED AND AN ADDITIONAL $5 WILL BE CHARGE.
